Because of scheduling difficulties between my engagements in Las Vegas and the film crew in Italy, we found ourselves in Italy during the Christmas season. We had a lot of fun. One of the most hilarious was filming at the Spanish Steps. When we showed up at 8 am, permits in hand, we found a big rig smack in front of the steps moving trees. Actually, as we found out, they were decorating the stairs. It took them two hours to finish, but by the time we filmed our interview with our guest soprano, Chiara Angella, with whom we recorded a duet of "White Christmas," we couldn't have been luckier. We had a perfect set. It was supposed to rain, instead we had a spectacular sunny day! This shoot was accompanied by good fortune all the way through our three days of filming in and out of Rome.
I know you will enjoy it. In the video above I am singing "On An Evening In Roma." .
